Refunds

webservice20.com billing department can credit accounts if a user feels he/she has been a victim of false clicking. Our billing department will review each case one at a time. There is no guarantee that the money will be credited to the account, however after review if we feel you were a victim then we will be more then happy to credit your account. Webservice20.com does not refund paypal accounts at all, once the money is deposited into the account that transaction is final.

Advertising Rules

Due to the lack of current resources we can not filter out links that are put into the description of the advertisement. Therefore, if one advertiser does place a link in the description that ad will be removed immediately. The advertiser will also receive an email which will be his/her first warning. If the advertiser continues to place links inside the description we have the right to delete the account and ban the advertiser. He or she will loose all deposited funds in the account and will not be refunded.

Website Abuse

If there is any form of abuse on an account (hacking, spamming, adding illegal funds) that account will be terminated immediately without notice. If necessary we uphold the right to fully prosecute any individual or business who abuses this site.

False Clicking

False clicking is stated as clicking on ones advertisement to charge them without having any interest in their actual product or service, and doing this repeatedly with the intent to only charge the advertiser his or her account. If a current advertiser is clicking through other advertisements with only the intent to charge their account. If a false clicking report is conducted and the ip address of the false clicker matches the ip address of another advertiser the that account will be banned and forfeit all funds in the account.
